Report Absence and Dismissals

 

Please click here to fill out this form to notify the attendance secretary if your student(s) in grades 6-8 will be Absent, Tardy or Dismissed.

Please submit a separate form for each student.
ALL ABSENCES SHOULD BE REPORTED BY 8:30AM ON THE DAY OF ABSENCE TO AVOID THE AUTOMATED CALL. 

ALL DISMISSALS require a minimum of a 2-hour notice prior to dismissal time to the appropriate attendance secretary. We cannot accommodate immediate dismissal unless it is an emergency situation and your student's assistant Principal has been contacted. Plan accordingly!

Parents/Guardians can dismiss students with proper identification and MUST be listed in the students contact in Aspen. Students will not be called to the office until identification has been verified.

If a parent is dismissing a student at 2:15 pm time, please arrive no later than 2:00 pm to allow security time to process.

 

If the absence should be medically excused, it will be adjusted in the system upon receipt of a doctor's note. They can be emailed directly to mwc-nurse@weymouthps.org or sent into school with your student.
